General terms and conditions of purchase through the e-commerce website WaXx.me

.By using the services of internet store Waxx.me, it is considered that you accept the General Terms and Conditions set forth in this document. Should you disagree with the waxx.me General Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions by which LA DIG JSC, hereinafter referred to as waxx.me, provides services to its users through the internet store waxx.me. The General Terms and Conditions below represent an agreement for the conclusion of a purchase agreement between the person agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, on the one hand, and waxx.me, on the other hand, with ordering and purchasing the products offered through the e-shop Waxx.me.

SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

Waxx.me provides the Customer with the opportunity to purchase the products offered on waxx.me website and pay the respective selling price, taking into account, and in strict compliance by the Client with the present General Terms and Conditions, as well as with the additionally indicated requirements on the respective webpages in waxx.me for the specific goods.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Whereas the products offered by Waxx.me are varied and constantly supplemented and modified with a view to their improvement and extension of the product catalogue, as well as in connection with any legislative changes affecting the conditions for their offering, these General Terms and Conditions may be changed at Waxx.me discretion.

PRICES

The sales price payable by the Customer is shown in the invitation to purchase the goods at the time of submitting the purchase order.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The price under the previous section and the cost of delivery may be paid as follows: in cash by the Customer or by a third party on behalf of the Customer; by cash on delivery; card payment

HANDING OVER

Goods will be handed over to the Customer or to a third party that accepts and acknowledges the receipt of the goods on behalf of the Customer. In case the Customer may not be found within the deadline for delivery at the address specified by him/her or no access or conditions for delivery of the goods have been provided within this period, Waxx.me shall be relieved of its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

The Customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods he/she has ordered for purchase when:
- the goods delivered apparently do not match the order for purchase by the Customer, and this may be ascertained through their regular inspection; - the goods have been damaged during shipment; - the price that the Customer has to pay does not correspond to the price due;;
